Refunds & Returns

The murals we create are produced to the highest standards possible and inspected before we send them to you. However, if you receive a photo wall mural that is incorrect or damaged you can return it to us for a replacement or refund, free of charge.

Important Notes

  • You must contact our Customer Services team within 14 days of receiving your mural.
  • Once we have confirmed you are eligible for a return or refund, we ask that you return the items to us within 14 days of receipt.
  • Refunds will be made by crediting the original payment method used.
  • We are unable to replace or refund items for:
    • Incorrectly measured walls
    • Defective installation
    • Consequential loss
  • It is your responsibility to check your items BEFORE hanging to the wall surface.

When contacting us about a replacement or refund, please have the following information to hand:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you want a replacement or refund
